1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Printora Studio. By accessing or using our website (labould.life) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Printora Studio's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Services and Orders

3.1 Service Description: Printora Studio provides printing services including business cards, packaging design and production, and POS materials. All services are subject to availability.

3.2 Orders: When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders are subject to our acceptance.

3.3 Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of services you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3.4 Payment: Payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or in our communications with you.

4. Design Files and Intellectual Property

4.1 Client-Provided Materials: You retain ownership of any designs, logos, or content you provide to us. By submitting materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4.2 Our Designs: If we create custom designs for you, upon full payment, you will own the final approved design. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 File Specifications: You are responsible for ensuring that all files submitted meet our specifications. We are not liable for quality issues resulting from improperly prepared files.

5. Proofs and Approvals

We will provide digital proofs for your approval before production. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for errors in text, layout, and design. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof. Production will not begin until we receive your written approval.

6. Delivery and Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and begin after proof approval and payment receipt. We will make every effort to meet quoted delivery dates, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, material shortages, or acts of nature.

7. Quality and Color Matching

We strive for the highest quality in all our work. However, slight variations in color are normal in the printing process. Digital proofs are for layout and content approval only and may not exactly match the final printed colors. We cannot guarantee exact color matches to previous print runs or digital displays.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Defective Products: If you receive defective products due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will reprint the order at no charge or provide a refund.

8.2 Customer Error: We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs or files provided by you. Reprints due to customer error will be charged at full price.

8.3 Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply.

9. Training Programs

9.1 Registration: Registration for training programs is subject to availability. Full payment is required to secure your spot.

9.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another person or a future program.

9.3 Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify program content, schedule, or instructors as necessary. If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Printora Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printora Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
